Those familiar with the regional fine-dining scene will remember when Giovanni Rocchio announced his shocking retirement from both his 4-star Valentino Cucina Italiano and One Door East restaurants. Since age 7, Giovanni had poured his family’s culinary passion into traditional preparation and impeccable presentation, professionally carving out a unique mini empire with old-world charm, one that elevated the dining landscape in and around the Ft Lauderdale area with social pizazz. Giovanni explained his surprising decision, saying “I just want some time to do things I haven’t had time to do.”

One of those things was to transform a previous hobby of simply dabbling with buying and selling properties into building an entirely new vista that spans the local luxury property market, using the skills he’s honed over a lifetime in order to produce the ultimate customer experience in South Florida Real Estate. His extensive market awareness and natural instinct for professional excellence couple well to produce the perfect match for both buyers and sellers in an arena easily as competitive as his previous one. It seems his avocation to remodel and flip diverse properties from West Palm Beach to Miami had whet his appetite for more.
