As part of south Florida’s up and coming young professionals, proud 2009 Ohio State graduate, Zach Skubon, has found the diversity of South Florida to be the perfect environment to enhance his vibrant personality. Zach’s natural ability for helping others has been a proven asset in cultivating his real estate career.

Zach comes to Florida Luxurious Properties equipped with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and 10+ years developing professional relationships across several fields including high-end real estate builders.

As a former wine and telecommunications salesman with connections in the transportation industry, Zach has learned the importance of fostering longstanding relationships with many of his clients. In addition, Zach’s positive outlook coupled with his connection to award winning designers and developers in South Florida gives him the edge when negotiating for the more discerning home buyers and sellers, with the ultimate goal of providing a “Total Service Solution”.
