Meet Ani

Ani became a South Florida resident in 1999 after being mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean and palm trees in the sunshine state. With an innate passion for helping and improving the community and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ani fully embraced the South Florida lifestyle and is currently a real estate agent for over 17 years, ultimately achieving Broker Associate status. She prides herself as one of Fort Lauderdale’s premier advisors on local schools, private clubs, dining, and area hot spots.

Ani specializes in coastal neighborhoods in Fort Lauderdale with an emphasis on waterfront properties that serve the boating enthusiast, with the end goal of matching her clients to their dream home complete with the perfect dockage. Her drive to succeed is balanced with her drive to fulfill her clients’ real estate needs, resulting in long-standing relationships.

As an immigrant from Eastern Europe with extensive world travel experience, Ani offers a unique skill set, harmonizing cultural understanding with diplomacy. Her work ethic and personal character combined with 5-star negotiating skills and a signature “Concierge Assistance” provide her clients the ultimate in high-end service.
Ani is a resident of the Dolphin Isles neighborhood and a Member of Women on the Verge of Big Brother Big Sister organization. In her spare time, she enjoys the theater, reading, biking, and snorkeling accompanied by her son and friends.

What My Clients Say

Ani Romanson makes the process of selling a home and finding a home a joy! She does this by being proactive, intuitive, and positive. She’s also very personable and fully invests herself with her clients by going the extra mile – – she follows leads and stays ahead of the market. But I think her greatest strength in real estate is her ability to tap into the needs of both sides of the aisle – – the buyers and the sellers – – which makes every deal a win-win!

Anne Marie Cummings

I very seldom do reviews as I find most services while good are not exceptional or better. “Great” service is now the expectation and many companies are happy that they have “met their customers expectations”. In my opinion, meeting customers’ expectations has now become “ordinary”. I typically do 3-4 real estate transactions a year with even more this year so I have many points of comparisons when it comes to working with Brokers.

Ani has been nothing but EXTRAORDINARY! Beginning with her initial work looking for a condo, then the cancellation of the contract all the way through the completion of the sale of my beautiful new home! There was nothing I could throw at her that she didn’t eagerly and enthusiastically make happen. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and was never just “trying to make a sale”.

I pride myself in working with “the best of the best of the best” and Ani certainly is that in my experience.
