Meet Ani

As an immigrant from Eastern Europe. Ani brings a cosmopolitan perspective to her South Florida Real Estate career. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge started back in her homeland country of Romania, where she pursued several advanced degrees. In 1999 she expanded her horizons across the ocean to Miami.

Over time Ani has become an expert on all the nuances of waterfront living, including the intricacies of canal measurements and setbacks to accommodate a myriad of vessels as well as the surrounding entertainment venues, schools, fine dining and shopping so she is always well prepared to educate her clientele.

Ani is motivated the most by love and compassion. In 2013 her life forever changed with the birth of her son, Joey, Jr. Together, they continue to experience South Florida, enjoying everything from touch football to surfing. This inspired Ani to become a member of “Women on the Verge”, a branch of Big Brothers, Big Sisters. Their mission is to help youth achieve their full potential.

Ani has earned the respect of her high net worth clients through her impeccable reputation for showing up on time, staying in the present moment with her clients, consistently following up and seeing the deal through. As a real estate agent with clients in Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, she is confident in her ability to assist buyers and sellers make the most of their real  estate assets.

What My Clients Say

Ani Romanson makes the process of selling a home and finding a home a joy! She does this by being proactive, intuitive, and positive. She’s also very personable and fully invests herself with her clients by going the extra mile – – she follows leads and stays ahead of the market. But I think her greatest strength in real estate is her ability to tap into the needs of both sides of the aisle – – the buyers and the sellers – – which makes every deal a win-win!

I very seldom do reviews as I find most services while good are not exceptional or better. “Great” service is now the expectation and many companies are happy that they have “met their customers expectations”. In my opinion, meeting customers’ expectations has now become “ordinary”. I typically do 3-4 real estate transactions a year with even more this year so I have many points of comparisons when it comes to working with Brokers.

Ani has been nothing but EXTRAORDINARY! Beginning with her initial work looking for a condo, then the cancellation of the contract all the way through the completion of the sale of my beautiful new home! There was nothing I could throw at her that she didn’t eagerly and enthusiastically make happen. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and was never just “trying to make a sale”.

I pride myself in working with “the best of the best of the best” and Ani certainly is that in my experience.
