Ani was born and raised in Romania, where she taught English while honing her communication skill set and fine-tuning her sensitivity to cultural differences. She eventually found her way to south Florida in 1997 and after working in the casino management industry, she obtained her real estate license in 2005. Ani’s past experiences have assisted her in perfecting her outstanding customer service skills, risk tolerance, and extensive hospitality and client relationship building. With an impressive international net-worth portfolio of real estate clients from South Florida to Istanbul, Moscow, and Tokyo, Ani’s trademark is her white-glove service.
What My Clients Say
Ani Romanson makes the process of selling a home and finding a home a joy! She does this by being proactive, intuitive, and positive. She’s also very personable and fully invests herself with her clients by going the extra mile – – she follows leads and stays ahead of the market. But I think her greatest strength in real estate is her ability to tap into the needs of both sides of the aisle – – the buyers and the sellers – – which makes every deal a win-win!
I very seldom do reviews as I find most services while good are not exceptional or better. “Great” service is now the expectation and many companies are happy that they have “met their customers expectations”. In my opinion, meeting customers’ expectations has now become “ordinary”. I typically do 3-4 real estate transactions a year with even more this year so I have many points of comparisons when it comes to working with Brokers.
Ani has been nothing but EXTRAORDINARY! Beginning with her initial work looking for a condo, then the cancellation of the contract all the way through the completion of the sale of my beautiful new home! There was nothing I could throw at her that she didn’t eagerly and enthusiastically make happen. I always felt she had my best interest at heart and was never just “trying to make a sale”.
I pride myself in working with “the best of the best of the best” and Ani certainly is that in my experience.
