As a native Floridian, Joseph Granteed grew up in the very neighborhoods in which he now sells real estate. Joseph is a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School where he played football, earning State and National Championships in 2011 and 2013. He originally started his business education in accounting. He ultimately earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Central Florida in 2017. Having a passion for numbers, he paired his accounting knowledge and his real estate degree with his natural talent for relationship building to develop a successful career in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Florida Luxurious Properties, Joseph spent years with Marcus & Millichap, a national commercial real estate firm, selling multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties throughout the southeast. During his tenure with the company, Joseph gained valuable knowledge, sales training, and transaction experience which eventually earned him a headline in “The Real Deal” for the sale of a prominent property in Fort Lauderdale.
In 2020 Joseph joined Florida Luxurious Properties, bringing his commercial real estate experience, which has positively influenced him in transitioning into the luxury residential real estate market. His personable style and conscientious attitude are his trademarks. Joseph has successfully represented Sellers and Buyers for homes, condominiums and townhomes in Fort Lauderdale’s most prestigious neighborhoods and buildings.
Joseph is often seen walking his two dogs, a Doberman and a Shepard mix around Fort Lauderdale, promoting his Doberman & Dealmaker’s Networking group. He also enjoys golfing, working out and supporting the local area dining establishments.
